"As You Think, So You Become" Recovery is about positive change . . .it becomes necessary to change your thinking about your world. One way to reduce the amount of stress in our lives is to change our minds about how we relate to people and situations. We have it in our power to react to any situation with positive, constructive thoughts, or to react with negative, destructive, hostile thinking. We can choose to let something bother us, or we can choose to change our attitude –which begins with our thinking.
